Use the notes outline to help you understand the issues and the compromise surrounding Missouri. You should record both the North and South's reaction/response to each issue. Some of the information will be clearly described in the textbook and some will require you to read between the lines and use what you know about the North and the South.
Create a Venn Diagram (or compare and contrast chart) for the North and the South in the 1800's. You should have at least 4 notes in each section.
Use the information in Chapter 19 to compare and contrast the North and the South. Create the following graphic organizer on page 61 and 62. Label the first" North" and the second "South".
